What to expect from a psychological assessment

Once you have contacted us, we aim to get back to you within 24 hours. We will arrange a date and time that is convenient for you and conduct your psychological assessment.
Assessments may require the involevement of significant others and school. We will do our best to be flexible and offer appointments to suit your life. All appointments take place online or in our Nottingham offices.

What is your Cancellation policy for appointments?

Assessment and Treatment involve a number of appointments with us. If you need to change your appointment once they are booked, please email balance-within&gmail.com
Please note that appointments need to be changed two working days (48 hours) prior to the appointment time. Cancellations within 48 hours or non-attendance on the day will incur a £200 charge.
